Tell Them What? 03/02/2011
 
We are the homeschoolers, the mighty, mighty homeschoolers, everywhere we go, people want to know, who we are, so we tell them... "We're on a field trip!"

I wrote this cheer awhile back and it got such a good response.  Now it's your turn, what would you tell them?  "We're .........!"   TM : )

Nuts!! LOL or atleast that's the way it seems lately. Birthdays, baptisms, girl scouts, girl scout cookie sales, church, and other activities it's a wonder we get any schooling done at all lol

We're... on permanent sabbatical from school. ; )

Ok, so one can be on "permanent" sabbatical because that's a sort of oxymoron. But it feels like sabbatical because we stepped away from formal schooling and now we have the freedom to research and explore things on our own timescale.

I love the "we're on a field trip" and "we're nuts" responses! : )
