I hope you take the time today to talk about our country and why we vote.  I would also encourage talking about what it means to be an American.  I think  the traditional school system has forgotten to include this topic as it may be politically incorrect.  Politically incorrect to talk about what it means to be a proud American?  I am so glad I homeschool!!!!  TM : )
