Every so often, I look back and read some of the stuff I've written.  Wow, I'm pretty encouraging!  Some stuff is worth repeating and I think I'll repeat the post titled, "Greatness".     

You're the BEST!  Tell yourself that.  Don't laugh!  Just do it.  Come on, say it with me, "I'm AWESOME!"  Okay, so I changed a word.  I'm allowed to do that.  We are allowed to take something good and change it in to something GREAT!  Isn't that what we do everyday teaching our kids?  Taking kids that are good and making them great!   TM : )
