Fear of the unknown... It is not a complete homeschool package without it!  Are we doing this right?  Am I doing this right?  Did we do enough work today?  Ahhh, the endless worries of being a Mom/Teacher.  Do you know you?  Are you sure?  Yes?  What about your children?  Know them pretty well?  Well, yeah, we gave birth to these kids, but do you really know their hopes and dreams?  Yes?  Then guess what?  You're in pretty good shape.  You are not unknown to you.  You are not unknown to your kids.  You know the kids need reading, writing and math, so is it really an unknown how to homeschool?  I know there's much more to it, but the basics are not an unknown.  So... stop with the fear of the unknown and go with what you DO know.  And then the unknown won't be so scary after all.   TM : )

Thanks - you're the best cheerleader ever. Thanks for being there when I needed a hug. (I didn't give birth to mine, but as mom I still know them better than anyone on the planet....) ;-)

When you raise your children the way you do, the lines of Mothers who give birth and Mothers who adopt are VERY blurry. And Kim, you are definitely a blurry vision! : )
