Happy Rambling 05/04/2011
I am so happy that I am able to make a positive difference in other families lives. Those of you who know me outside of this website, know that I am very involved in the "underground" community known as homeschool. I am passionate about informing families on their options when it comes to educating their children. I believe that the more you know, the better, especially when it comes to your child's education. Since I'm on a happy rambling streak, I would like to add to my happiness a "thank you" to the wonderful readers of AskTracy for keeping me on my toes. Your emails and comments constantly keep me on top of things! This quote is for you... TM : ) Piglet sidled up to Pooh from behind. "Pooh!" he whispered. "Yes, Piglet?" "Nothing," said Piglet, taking Pooh's paw. "I just wanted to be sure of you." ~A.A. Milne 3 Comments You DO Understand 03/09/2011
Today was a very long day and I'm glad it's over! I wish there was a place that I could go to that made me feel like it's all worth it. A place that understands me and encourages me to keep on homeschooling. A place that makes me feel important... Hey! That's here! Yes, we all have long days teaching our children and it is so nice to know that I can come to this site and know that the readers of AskTracy understand. And you do! Thank you. It means so much. TM : ) What a Surprise! 11/11/2010
I can't believe it!!! One of you nominated AskTracy for Best Encourager for a homeschool blog at The Homeschool Post! Wow! What an honor! There is voting involved, but just being on the list is such a compliment that I have already won. Today is a beautiful day. No matter what the weather looks like outside. We have the future ahead of us and we are so fortunate to be able to guide our children to be the best that they can be. Keep going, keep moving forward, and breathe! TM : ) Happy Birthday! 11/08/2010
Today is the day that I pat myself on the back and say a little cheer... "Hip, hip, hooray!" What's all the fuss about? I teach my kids about persistence and perseverance and today AskTracyAboutHomeschool.com is a year old! I couldn't have done it without the wonderful readers from all over leaving me kind words in the form of comments and sending me encouraging emails. For those of you that have picked my brain about homeschool, Thank You, as the questions you have asked have stretched my ability to help others. I hope the words you read here encourage you to keep on going. To help teach your children to be the best that they can is an accomplishment that no person or place (traditional school) can ever take away from you. TM : ) This One's for you Amber... 10/12/2010
